Surely one of your main interests when visiting Medellin will be to spend pleasant time with your family or friends, and why not have a quiet party with enough space, because in our VILLA DE LUJO you will have it, our party room is the space for your parties, with jacuzzi for 6 people, TV, AC, living room and minibar with products at your disposal if you wish to purchase them (beers, energizers, moisturizers, water and liquors). Additional in our house we leave a speaker at your disposal. ★3 private Jacuzzi inside 2 rooms on the second floor and another one on the second floor.
Spacious and comfortable space, in our villa you will have the peace of mind to prepare your own food in this kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to make your stay unique, pots, cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, microwave.

Remember that we are pet friendly, meaning that in our property pets are welcome for an extra charge for additional cleaning expenses (we accept dogs and cats).

When you arrive in this beautiful city of eternal spring one of the things you will most want to do will be to enjoy a refreshing pool, because in our villa you will have a fantastic private pool available exclusively to our guests. Also spacious living area and barbecue if you want to share with your family or friends a BBQ while enjoying the sunny days of Medellin.

Just 1 kilometer away you can find a fantastic attraction such as Lleras Park. In addition, you can enjoy the tranquility of a residential area when you arrive at your accommodation.

★Keep in mind that we routinely sprinkle the property looking to avoid a little the appearance of insects and bugs, however, if you come across any small creature, keep in mind that Colombia is a subtropical climate. To avoid this, we recommend keeping the doors and windows closed.

1. When leaving, avoid bringing valuables like clocks, chains, or so on.

2. When in a public place, have special care with your cell phone and avoid taking out large amounts of money.

3. Do not receive drinks, food or sweets from strangers

4. Bringing people you just meet at your property, it's high-risk. In case of theft, it will be your responsibility.

★During your stay, you will have the exclusive privilege of enjoying the luxury villa for you and your group, if you need any information or assistance, you can easily contact the host who checked in or the property directly through the platform chat, We are available to provide guidance or support regarding anything related to the property or the local area. Your privacy and comfort are our number one priorities during your stay. Check-in from 3pm and check out until 11am.
★Remember that as included amenities they will have overnight concierge to take care of the safety of the place and help them with what they may need during the night, additional daily cleaning of common areas.
